Front-of-House Sound Mixing very inconsistent. During the Isley Brothers we actually found soundman asleep at his post! Same was true at gazebo…. During Brian Skonberg’s performance there were some numbers where her trumpet was resonating as it would from the surrounding structure and projected through the speakers. Festival producers should be furious with these people. Also…. levels at amphitheater on the hill were either way too soft or way too loud. Does anyone in this sound company care? I have attended every year since since 1978 and know that they’ve had these problems other years as well.
